Kokoon Annual Membership - Lifetime Device Warranty

Kokoon warrants that our hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year (EU two years), from the date of purchase by you from https://www.kokoon.io/ or an authorised seller, as shown in the online order confirmation or shop receipt. If you are a paying Kokoon Annual Member, this warranty will be of unlimited duration, with no expiry date, for as long as you continue paying your Annual Membership.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.

This warranty excludes damage caused by accidents, abuse and wear and tear that affects the function of the product. Kokoon's service (which includes the app and headphones) may be disrupted from time to time due to ongoing product development and upgrading. Kokoon's warrant does not cover these intermittent interruptions.

If you believe you may have a warranty claim, please contact us through this form.

We will need your help to evaluate your claim and may ask you to perform some tests or to send us images. If any Kokoon components are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will replace the components or replace your product. We will require your original order number and email address to process your claim. We may also require proof of purchase.

Your lifetime device warranty will end when you terminate your Annual Membership.
